Aviation Asset Management Group (AAMG) was founded with a simple goal: to serve the aircraft owner. After years in the aviation industry handling everything from maintenance and avionics to flight operations, founder Luke Lachendro saw a gap in the market. Aircraft owners had plenty of people managing parts of the process — but no one looking out for the owner as a whole.

I’m Luke Lachendro, a lifelong aviation enthusiast who grew up on a private airfield in south-central Wisconsin. Aviation isn’t just a career for me—it’s a calling rooted in community, passion, and purpose. With a deep background in business aviation and a strong commitment to service, I actively support organizations that promote both recreational and corporate flying. Through every takeoff and every handshake, I’m here to pay it forward—supporting the next generation while helping today’s aviation community thrive.
